Nursery children have been exploring the 7 areas of learning:

• Personal, Social and Emotional Development - Transitioning to new schools and new teachers.

  Physical Development- Gross motor sports day, fine motor cutting with scissors and threading & playing musical instruments.

• Communicate & Language - Talking about what schools the children are moving to and learning the names of their new teachers.

  Mathematics - Measuring objects, floating & sinking and colour mixing.

• Expressive Arts and Design - 

  Being creative mixing colours using different textures.

  Understanding the World - Life cycle of a caterpillar.

• Literacy - Exploring the book Goldilocks and the three bears through roleplay and puppets.
