Nursery children have been exploring all 7 areas of the Early Years Foundation Stages:

• Communicate & Language - Talking about Books for World Book day.

   

• Physical Development - Fine motor - Using scissors to cut paper, playdough and threading.

• Physical Development - Gross motor - Riding bikes & scooters, using the climbing frame and slide, rolling and crawling.

• Personal, Social & Emotional Development - Learning to wait patiently to take turns, talking about their likes and dislikes.

• Literacy - Celebrating World Book Day. looking at books in more details.

• Mathematics - Counting items.

• Understanding the World - Learning about national holidays in all religions, St David's Day, St Patricks Day, Easter, Holi, Red Nose Day and Eid.

• Expressive Arts and Design - Being creative with foot painting, bubble painting, cutters and paint to make patterns.
